HOW TO BUILD A COMMUNITY PEOPLE COME TO AGAIN AND AGAIN

We do not just talk about community events. With OUR COMMUNITY we take people into existing brand worlds that already do this well. RITE is one of those brands. This event was designed as a live case for founders and marketers who are thinking about their own community moments in the future.

RITE is a high‑end workout concept where high‑performance training meets boutique luxury.
Multiple studios, a clear story and a loyal following. Above all, a strong focus on belonging. For OFFSIDE, RITE is an example of what happens when a brand treats community as a core part of the business, not as “nice‑to‑have”.

This community morning was created as:

  • inspiration for founders and marketing leads in our own community

  • a concrete look at how community, brand and experience can come together in one morning

  • a reference point for people who might want to design their own event later.

From first welcome to last locker shot, the experience stayed close to our values: precise

For the people that attended the event, this was not “just a class”. They could:
